A one-on-one, up to 30 minute, consulting session with one of our insurance experts to answer questions and provide you with guidance on how you should proceed. Also, prior to the consultation you'll receive a full claim review of the documents you send to us so we can better understand how to assist you.  Afterwards you will receive a written opinion and roadmap of what to do next.

A Big Helping Hand With Your Insurance Claim & Estimate

A one-on-one 30 minute consulting session with one of our insurance experts to answer questions and provide you with guidance on how you should proceed. Prior to the consultation you'll receive a full claim review, and we'll generate an estimate based on the information provided using industry standard software Xactimate, which you can compare to that of your insurance company or provide to your contractor.

This Tier is designed for those that have a little bit more of a complex claim and may require an estimate for damages in the range of up to $50,000.00

A Bigger Helping Hand With Your Insurance Claim & Estimate

A full review of claims documents including the insurance company's estimate, insurance company's closing letter or settlement letter, photographs, an expert report, and a policy review. Tier 3 Consultation also includes 60 minutes of phone consultation, as well as an estimate in Xactimate format.  Estimates can include both interior and exterior damages and are designed for those with damages in the range of $50-$100,000.00 (see conditions).
